If you are on the Cub Scout or Boy Scout Trail with your son,

if you find yourself traveling to Walt Disney World Resort & Parks,

if you like to accomplish two (or three) skills with one try.

– Welcome to Scouting WDW!

About Scouting WDW

Scouting WDW is dedicated to finding ways for your scout to go scouting with the mouse before, during and after your Disney vacation.

From vacation planning ideas and fun Disney crafts to activities while in the parks, Scouting WDW connects you and your scout with fun ways to earn and reinforce requirements & electives – the Disney way.

As a Scout Mom and a Disney enthusiast,  I have incorporated scouting into our Disney vacations since my little scout was a Tiger Cub. Volunteering as the Assistant Den Leader throughout his Cub Scout years and now a Boy Scout Troop, Venturing Crew, and SeaScout Ship parent, I appreciate the values of scouting while encouraging the fun in the accomplishment.

More About Me

I enjoy helping others plan their Disney vacations (click to find out how I can help your family) and writing about how my family enjoys their Disney vacations at EmbraceTheMagicTravel.com, TheDisneyMoms.com and HomeschoolingWDW.com

Born and raised in the south, I now live in central New Jersey. My days are filled with homeschooling, reading, and ministry work. My son and I are active members of our local church and enjoy camping with the Boy Scouts of America.

We believe every day is a day to celebrate and if you visit our kitchen, you will find us putting sprinkles on everything from pancakes to ice cream! Between baseball games and scouting trips, we enjoy dreaming about our next Disney vacation.

Walt Disney World Resort & Parks is a magical playground magical for creating lasting family and scouting memories!

We would like to hear about your Scouting WDW adventures too!
